Who We Are

A Boutique Company With Deep Island Roots

Sweetgrass Properties started on Kiawah Island and grew because guests kept coming back. We manage homes on Kiawah, Seabrook, Wild Dunes, and Isle of Palms: each one hand-selected, personally maintained, and staffed by a team that has lived and worked on these islands for years. We're not a platform. We're the people who answer when you call, know which house has the best sunset deck, and make sure everything is right before you arrive.

Our offices sit in Freshfields Village and on Isle of Palms, staffed by people who actually live here. We hand-pick every home, handle cleaning and maintenance ourselves, and our sister company, Sweetgrass Construction, has been building on these islands for over 25 years.
