Recently added, a new screened patio is an ideal spot for outdoor dining with table seating for ten and a comfortable place to enjoy warm summer afternoons. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a white subway tile back splash. A separate beverage station in the kitchen provides extra refrigerator space.
Also, located on the first floor, just off the living room, is the master bedroom which is furnished with a king bed, TV and en suite bathroom. The master bath has a stand up shower as well as a jetted tub. This room shares a bathroom with the fifth bedroom, which has both a queen bed and a bunk bed with twins. The third bedroom and fifth bedroom have balcony access.
The home has multi-level decks on the ocean side of the home. Enjoy a glass of wine on the porch or take in the ocean views and sunsets on the rooftop deck, which we like to call the sky lounge. This home does come with garage access. There is also a golf cart for use during your stay ($350 use/maintenance fee applies) and a Tesla charger (3rd generation) available for guest use as well!
