The dining room table seats 10, with an additional 4 at the kitchen counter. The living and dining areas are backed by floor to ceiling windows that run along the exterior of the home providing natural light and easy access to the expansive outdoor porches. Recently added, a new screened patio is an ideal spot for outdoor dining with table seating for ten and a comfortable place to enjoy warm summer afternoons. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a white subway tile back splash. A separate beverage station in the kitchen provides extra refrigerator space. Also, located on the first floor, just off the living room, is the master bedroom which is furnished with a king bed, TV and en suite bathroom. The master bath has a stand up shower as well as a jetted tub. A cozy sitting room connects to the master bedroom and provides a great space for working remotely, playing games, or can allow for extra sleeping on the pull-out sofa.
