The home completed a full year renovation in February 2018, brandishing the home in new furnishings, updated appliances and modern fixtures. The home was designed for enjoying Kiawah's natural beauty and luxurious accommodations.
One of the main features of the home is the amazing outdoor space. Surrounded by mature palm trees, the infinity pool appears to flow into a tranquil lagoon and the heated outdoor spa is ideal for relaxation. The secluded deck is perfect for entertaining or sunbathing.
As soon as you enter the grandiose, two-story foyer, the sophistication of Kiawah Island is captured inside this well decorated property. The living room, decorated in a contemporary chic style, boasts floor to ceiling windows allowing the natural sunlight to fill the gorgeous space. There are panoramic views of the infinity pool and Canvasback Pond from almost every room. The living room has a 65” mounted flat-screen TV with Sonos sound system. The plush seating, in cream and blue hues, includes a sectional sofa and several club chairs for watching a good show or indulging with a good book.
The dining room area is located just off the open living room and features elegant table seating for 10 guests. Modern luxury extends to the large, newly renovated, gourmet kitchen, which contains custom cabinetry with open faced shelves and tile backsplash as well as high-end stainless steel appliances (Sub-Zero, Wolf, Bosch) and a large island for extra counter-space to make cooking a breeze. The large kitchen island, including the large farmhouse sink, for perfect for hosting an area to socialize or prep a delicious meal. You can utilize the 4 high-top chairs at island or the two-person breakfast counter for additional dining seating. Don't forget about the outdoor grill, perfect for a backyard BBQ.
Finishing off the main floor is a spacious king bedroom and a French doors leading to the pool. This bedroom has a private bathroom which is fully-upgraded with granite countertops and a modern tiled standing shower.
Halfway up the stairs, you'll find the impressive master suite. It features a king size bed, reading nook, and two comfortable arm chairs. The private, spa-style bathroom has dual vanities, soaking tub and huge walk-in shower.
At the top of the stairs are the remaining three guest bedrooms with fully-renovated, en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms three, four and five contain one king bed, three twin beds (third bed is a twin-trundle bed), and two queen beds, respectively. Each room is decorated in classic coastal decor, attractive furnishings, and have flat screened TVs.
There is also an inviting upstairs living room area, with a pull-out sleeper sofa and comfortable arm chairs, offering more space for watching TV, playing games, or relaxing. Additionally, there is a small loft area just up the charming circular staircase for a peak at the gorgeous island views. A nice addition to further make this place your own.
Additionally, the home has upgraded WiFi and smart TVs throughout the home to enhance the experience of working/schooling remotely and streaming your favorite shows and movies. And, there is a small, portable desk and desk chair in the upstairs den, which can be relocated for your convenience.
