Everyone will enjoy relaxing in the comfortable living room area with huge flat-screen TV and an abundance of windows that allow in the natural light. For sleeping, there is one bedroom on the main first level of the home. This room is considered one of the primary suites and boasts a king bed and pool deck access. The other five bedrooms are all upstairs on the second level of the home. Four of these rooms have a king bed and one has two twin-over-queen bunk beds, making it an ideal room for the kids. The other primary suite - which is one of these king bedrooms - also has access to the upstairs screened porch, which is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee with distant ocean views. All of the bedrooms have TVs and each room has a private bathroom. For added convenience, the home provides complimentary WiFi, a laundry room on the second level with two washers and dryers, a half bathroom on the first floor (near the door to the pool deck), and an elevator, making the home more accessible for everyone. As you venture outside onto the sprawling back deck, take a refreshing dip in the private pool after a long day at the beach, lounge in the sun with a good book, spend time conversing with friends under the covered patio deck, or enjoy an afternoon nap on the swing bed.
