The open kitchen and dining area, with access to the screened porch and outdoor deck, is perfect for entertaining. The outdoors are meant to be enjoyed on Kiawah. The primary bedroom, which is located on the first floor of the home, features a king bed and an en-suite bath with double vanities, a spacious shower, and a soaking tub. The second bedroom (Bedroom #2), which contains a queen bed, is also located on this main floor. This room has direct porch access to enjoy pond views. Upstairs, you will find the two remaining bedrooms and a bonus sitting area with queen-sized sleeper sofa. The third bedroom (Bedroom #3) boasts a king bed and private bath, and the final bedroom (Bedroom #4) contains two twin beds. The laundry room is located on the main floor of the home, and the owner does provide a pack-n-play & highchair if traveling with little ones!
