Best of all, it's one of the best locations on the island. Just a short 3 minute walk to the beach or an easy two block stroll over to the grocery store and local restaurants! Bedrooms feature over-size closets and an abundance of drawer space. The kitchen is amazing and comes fully stocked with high quality appliances, a 6 burner gas range, custom quartz countertops and an abundance of cookware, dining, and glassware. Stainless steel appliances and beautiful quartz counters add to the cook's kitchen feel. An open kitchen adjoins the dining area that seats 10 guests for dinner. An expansive kitchen island adds 4 bar stools for an additional dining option. The covered deck is accessible off the kitchen/dining area and features a long table seating up to 12 guests. You can also lounge on the outdoor sectional sofa that overlooks the backyard. The pool ranges from 3-5 ft deep and has 6 lounge chairs for relaxing in the sunshine. An enclosed, hot and cold water outdoor shower lets you rinse off the sand after coming back from the beach! BBQ cookouts are ready whenever you are! A gas grill and picnic table are conveniently located under the porch area just off the pool deck. And for those feeling competitive, try your hand on the putting green! There is parking for 2 cars under the house and an additional 4 cars can park in the driveway, for a total of 6 cars.
