One of our favorite features of the home are the four unique porches, including an expansive screened porch with hanging bed swing and dining table, an open deck overlooking the lagoon off of the primary suite, a relaxing second screened porch accessed from the upstairs guest suite, and, of course, the classic Low Country-style front porch with rocking chairs that welcomes you and your guests.
The lay-out of the main floor of the home is an open floor plan, which is preferred for creating an idyllic atmosphere for entertaining and spending time with family & friends. The updated kitchen has modern appliances and ample cabinet and prep space, and there is a large dining table which seats 8 as well as four more bar-stools at the kitchen counter for extra guests. The comfortable family room has contemporary furnishings, a large television, and large windows that showcase the natural light and scenic lagoon views. Two guest bedrooms and bathrooms and laundry room area complete the first-floor layout.
